Product description
A vibrating wire strain gauge is designed for assessment of the stress–strain state during monitoring of steel and concrete structures, reinforced concrete building structures, as well as civil engineering and hydraulic structures.
The EDS-20V-SW is installed on steel structures or beams by spot welding or using epoxy adhesive. It can also be mounted on concrete surfaces using epoxy adhesive. The strain gauge is connected to an electromagnetic coil housed in a waterproof enclosure. Installation on the surface is performed using two mounting elements supplied with the device.
