EDE-VXX Vibrating Wire Linear Displacement Sensor
Product description
The EDE-VXX vibrating wire sensor converts mechanical linear displacement into an electrical output frequency signal. This signal can be transmitted over long distances. The sensor can be used in single-axis and three-axis crack meters, borehole and soil extensometers, and similar applications.
The sensor is available in the following versions:
EDE-VXX-SC with side cable output (suitable for crack opening width measurements).
EDE-VXX-RC with rear cable output (suitable for borehole extensometers).
EDE-VXX-WP waterproof version.
Note: if no modification is specified in the order, the EDE-VXX-RC sensor version is supplied by default.
